1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the QPilot Android TV Application developed by H&H Inc.. The purpose of this document is to explain how we handle information when the app is used on Android TV devices in connection with the QPilot hospital queue management system.
The QPilot Android TV app is designed to display real-time queue data, doctor details, and announcements that are securely managed and transmitted from the QPilot Admin Panel. This app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users or the TV device itself.
2. App Functionality Overview
When launched, the QPilot Android TV app displays a unique six-digit code. Hospital administrators enter this code into the QPilot Admin Panel to link the TV with the hospital’s system. Once connected, the app displays real-time data such as:
- Doctor photo, name, speciality, education, OPD name, and OPD location
- Live token numbers and patient queue progress
- Announcements with dynamically set statements in four supported languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marathi
- Optional tones (15 available) before announcements
- Blinking token number during announcement
- “Doctor Away” mode messages and rerouting instructions (“All patients proceed to counter...”) when configured
- Split-screen view showing doctor-wise tokens on one side and video playback (via URL) on the other
All information displayed on the TV is controlled from the QPilot Admin Panel and not generated or stored locally by the TV app.
3. Data Collection and Use
The QPilot Android TV app does not collect, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data. It functions only as a display interface for hospital queue data managed by the hospital’s QPilot Admin Panel.
The app does not require or access any of the following:
- Device storage or media files
- Location services
- Camera or microphone
- User accounts or authentication credentials
- Network data unrelated to QPilot display connection
4. Data Transmission and Security
The connection between the Android TV app and the QPilot Admin Panel is established through a secure and unique six-digit code. All displayed data is transmitted over a secure communication channel.
No user input or personal patient data is collected by the app. All queue and doctor information displayed originates from the hospital’s authorized QPilot Admin system.
5. Third-Party Services
The QPilot Android TV app does not integrate with or use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It operates solely within the QPilot ecosystem.
6. Video Content
The app allows hospitals to display videos or media content on a portion of the TV screen. The video source (URL) is configured and managed by the hospital administrator. H&H Inc. does not host, control, or monitor these videos.
7. Changes to This Policy
H&H Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
